I met Lisa at a Thai Yoga Massage training, where we shared a room. One moment that really stuck with me was during a hike when the rain caught us. My socks were soaked and my feet freezing, and without hesitation, Lisa offered me her spare socks. We took shelter by a small mountain hut, lit a candle and some incense, and sang softly as the rain fell. It was a simple, quiet moment — no need for words. That quiet care really reflects in her teachings, and she has such a warm, calm presence. Lisa loves to play guitar and sing, lighting up the room’s energy with her positivity.
Janina radiates a calm personality whose depth, liveliness and beauty reveal themselves as soon as you get to know her better. Yoga is not just a practice for her, but a way of life that she pursues with dedication every day, mastering the most demanding asanas with feather-light ease. When she is not on her yoga mat or teaching yoga, she lets her creative soul speak through the gentle sounds of the ukulele and her angelic voice. She spends her weekends in the summer months hiking in the mountains, to reconnect with nature and enjoy the peace and quiet and the vastness of the landscape.
